Back when YouTube DMs were a thing my brother messaged the guy who made this and I got a shiny charizard out of it. The developer always seemed really involved with the community, I remember when it was still relatively popular in the tower defense space and every few weeks you’d have a new unique Pokemon on the main menu you could pick up, most often shinies. I spent so much time on this when I was a kid and to this day it remains my only experience with a Pokemon game (outside maybe 20 minutes of yellow) despite it being an off-shoot.
