I took my time to finish this game and I don't have a single regret about it, this game is one of the greatest games i've ever played, granted I'm someone who never played the original game.

Where do i even start with this, I really loved Leon and Ashley and I never found myself bothered with having to protect Ashley during the course of this game and I really loved the chemistry between the two.

The consistency in terms of quality was top notch and I never felt bored or annoyed by any segment of the playthrough. I loved every area of this game, and if anything the game just kept on getting better and better and Chapter 15 had a really fun difficulty spike.

The gameplay was genuinely amazing, the enemies were designed really well and never felt too weak or too strong (maybe some were sometimes tanky but never hindered the experience at all).

What surprised me the most was how much immersed i was with the puzzles. As someone who gets annoyed really quick with puzzle sequences, this game managed to create some really fun and diverse puzzles and they balanced them out really well without forcing them into every small part of the game.
