Being honest, I mainly played this game to investigate the prior work of a developer who I had seen joined the team making Earthblade, currently one of my most anticipated titles.

It definitely has an experimental, almost "student project" kind of vibe - pushing the narrative boundaries on a traditional formula to see what sticks. I respect that, even if the execution may be somewhat unpolished.
