Overall, Max Payne 2 is really really good. The graphics and gameplay are a step up from Max Payne 1. The story is good. My only real complaint is that it's a lot shorter than the first game. Some levels are just aesthetic and mood setting but have no real action, and while it helps make the story cooler, it also feels weird to have an action game with less action that it's predecessor.
