Every now and then, a truly special, generation defining game smashes onto the landscape and absolutely, irreversibly changes the gaming scene. Within the 2010s, Undertale is absolutely one of those, if not THAT game. Its ripples and effects can still be felt throughout the gaming scene to this day, it was massive, and for good reason.

A wonderful, emotional story that can be molded however you wish, a fun fusion of bullet hell and RPG gameplay, excellent writing, phenomenal music, and so much more than I could never properly explain in a simple text review. This game is a phenomenon and it's something you need to experience at least once to understand.
