The dialogue might come off as a little "too-anime" at first, thanks to a main character being a big of a loser himself, but if you give it the opportunity to it's writing can really grow on you, and enhance what is at it's core an incredibly fun and engaging gameplay loop bringing you through the abandoned husk of Heaven to repent for your sins.
