Ngl it IS a skill issue. I don't jive with how Street Fighter manages its buttons and timing. Might pick it up again if they introduce a new character that could supplement me in my disabilities.
Otherwise, there is A LOT in this game, good music, good animations, accessories, custom characters -- all hidden behind a UI designed by M.C. Esher.
