Vertical shooter and the last of the arcade TwinBee releases, and not an improvement on the previous titles. You still have a straight shot and arms that throw bombs that they aim automatically at ground targets, you can pick up satellites that follow you and shoot, choose between four charged types of shots at game start that don't tend to feel very useful, and pick up a sub weapon for each arm (having one in each stops you from hitting ground targets). Not being able to choose to drop a sub weapon if you accidentally picked one up can be a problem. Still has one of the worst powerup and scoring systems I've encountered where you hit clouds that launch a bell that you can juggle with shots to get them to change colors for different bonuses, one shot changes them back to normal and since you will likely hit a bell anywhere from 2-5 times anytime you shoot this is inconvenient, though not as much as it would be in a normal shooter as even when your attention is on or being shifted between bells and enemies the enemies are such pushovers and often so light in number that they aren't much of a threat. The six stages are over fast with some taking barely any time at all. Backgrounds can still look colorful and can give you something interesting to look at but like the gameplay those can often have stretches of dull zones as well.
