It's a very cute and charming game, and it's really fun seeing Pokemon just wandering around doing stuff. Illumina as a mechanic is kind of a dud, though... not the deepest game and some levels feel a bit too short, but it's very satisfying figuring out all the little puzzles that make certain things happen and I've been replaying a lot of levels trying for higher scores and better photos, so it definitely gets the job done.
