It's better than the first one, but inFamous in general peaks at solid to me. It'll always be funny to me how moral choice in this era was largely "yes I will help, I am a good person" vs "I will murder your entire family and everything you care about, you idiot", at least inFamous 2 was self-aware about it by making it literally being good or evil!
