I got this as a joke, dirt cheap and still sealed. I bought it purely to laugh at its expense after hearing how disastrous the launch was. Turns out I actually really liked it. Its still very buggy, especially with animations, but a lot has been fixed in the three years since release. Combat is arguably the best in the series with a greater focus on verticality and customisation. I enjoyed the characters and story, even if they don't reach the heights of the original trilogy; with Peebee, Drack and Jaal being my favourites by far. The worlds themselves look gorgeous and I appreciate how you can see your actions changing them, but they can feel kinda empty with repetitive side quests filling the maps. It's a flawed game for sure, but I had way more fun with this than I could ever have anticipated.
