I played this game a lot when I was younger but I was always disappointed in it from day 1. It was way too hard for me at first, and then when I got good at it it immediately turned boring. I never actually got to try the multiplayer, either, which is extra sad. It at least has a lot of content for what it is, as it introduces the concept of retro tracks to Mario Kart. I'd consider it better and more polished than Super, but not really worth playing nowadays.
