The Elusive Man is one of the best written characters in video game. His whole presence makes the story so interesting as he continuously believes in Sheperd to get the job done by providing him a new role. Who would’ve thought name dropping “Cerberus” in ME1 would concoct an amazing story. Not to mention it’s build up to one of the best finales in gaming ever!
