One hell of roguelike deckbuilder. It's not exaggeration to say that every run feels different (mainly cuz the game force you different build each chapters) and every character plays quite different from one another. And if you're wondering how much RNG does your run relies on you can go from a very little in the early chapters, to unholy amount toward later chapters and specific characters (god I hate the witch).
