In terms of graphics and size, this game is very impressive. Some of the gameplay is really cool, with it being free roam. And a lot of the settings are really appealing. The new characters are pretty cool as well and I love the idea of Freddy being a good guy and wanting to genuinely help you out. A concept that could crash and burn if not done right but it works here. The downsides?...it's not scary like the other games except a couple moments, the game is severely broken, most likely due in part by Steel Wool wanting to rush it out by Christmas, a lot of the gameplay is reptitive, it is very unforgiving, they constantly put obstacles around you, especially the security bots, which makes things far more complicated than they should be, it is super easy to get lost in this game and the objectives can be very vague, they keep having you go from place to place when those places feel like miles away from each other, this game really should have had an autosaving feature because the manual one sucked, Vanny was built up hard in advertisements only to barely get any focus and LOL Springtrap is back, god forbid we have something new in this franchise INHALE!!

But the game is fine for what it is. I just hope whatever comes next is better cause Steel Wool is having me suspicious about where this property is headed.

Ehhh the gimmick was fun for a while, then it quickly died down. I wish there was more to this game then..animatronics coming into your room and oooh! They are on your phone's camera! Spooky wooky scary fun time! Then you get your own animatronics and...get to see them move a bit on your screen. And you can say to your friends I got so and so! You..can't do anything with them once you got em. And the only replayability is..to keep getting them. The only thing that ever changed about this game was the skins that would come out every month. Cause that's how you keep a game alive, just add useless crap that does nothing but change the looks! And a lot of them were flat out ridiculous. Thank god this game isn't canon. Also microtransactions. Here's a middle finger to microtransactions in general, put those in your game as one of its biggest selling points and I'm gone.

Absolutely extraordinary. FNAF already got you lost in their world whenever you played their games so why not make it VR? It's like peanut butter and jelly! The recreations of the past Freddy games are really neat, even if they're limited compared to the originals. Honestly I think we'd prefer it that way lol But the new minigames they added were amazing! Parts and Service allowed you to make repairs to the original animatronics and they all had their really creepy moments as you did so. And again, just knowing if you slip up you're dead, just gets to you. Vent Repair honestly felt like something you would play in an arcade, it was intense. Dark Rooms offered new characters and a different version of the Funtime Foxy minigame from Sister Location but uhh did it better. And Night Terrors had some great unique gameplay, and a really cool appearance from Nigthmarionne. The Baby one is actually panic inducing lol The Curse Of Dredbear took it even more up a notch with more great mingames. I haven't gotten to them all but it's perfect atmosphere for Halloween. I love the one where you're just in a dark hallway trying to get past the Nightmares. It's very reminiscent of the feeling FNAF 4 gave me and that much more. I sure do hope FNAF stays scary in the future, with Steel Wool behind it! I'm sure it will!
