Bio
My rating system is based on Halliwell's Film Guide, but adapted for games and a 1-5 star rating.

5 stars:
A game of outstanding quality, a milestone in gaming history, remarkable for it's gameplay, pacing, art direction, story mechanics or some other aspect of technique.

Four stars:
Indicate a very high standard of professional excellence or high historical interest, or if you like: three strong reasons for admiring it.

Three stars:
Indicate a good level of competence and generally entertaining game.

Two stars:
Draws attention to minor points of merit, usually in a game not very satisfactory as a whole; it could be a failed giant or a bargain-bin find with a few interesting ideas.

One star:
A totally routine production or failure of execution. Such games may be playable but are at least equally missable.

I will try to give credit for what seemed excellent or innovative at the time, even if it has been overtaken by it's imitators. I hope you enjoy it!
