As i have never played the original, i cannot really testify to the quality of remaster. I have seen some comparison videos and it seems like they did bare minimum. If you have the original i see no need for remaster, graphics wise. On to the game itself. I really liked this one. Characters are fleshed out, and feel really different. Gameplay is fun. I really enjoyed going back to gaming tropes of 2010's. Audio design fits the theme. Enemies are diverse, and memorable. Weapons are fun to use. Now, my favourite part of the game. There is no UI per se. Whole UI is condensed onto the character. If you have ever played dead space you will know what i am talking about. Your proton pack has all the info you need on it. Pacing is on point. I think this game is really deserving of a sequel.
