In 2007 I got talked into buying this by a friend who was a big fan of the anime so we could play the multiplayer together, and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this game as a whole.

This is literally the only bit of Naruto media I've ever experienced so I'm hardly an expert on if it's a good "Naruto Game" or not, but I was totally able to follow the plot and found myself quite engaged by all the characters.
