A pretty ballin J-RPG and S-RPG hybrid with some STUNNING spritework for the SNES. A bit unfortunate the gameplay systems are a bit confusing at first (namely learning spells), the game isn't particularly well balanced, and the story is a mess (though I like the characters), but the throughline of all of these aspects is that Energy Breaker is just a fun experience. And sometimes that's all that matters
