Game looks fun and right up my alley. Too bad I can't play it at all.
Performance is abysmal on switch: the frame rate is choppy and loading times are atrocious (as I write this review I'm 3 minutes into a loading screen. For a pixel art metroidvania.).
This is simply inexcusable, if the game was in such a sorry state they shouldn't have released it on this platform. To add insult to injury, Nintendo's consumer protection policies are nonexistent, so this was straight up a waste of twenty euros. This game even costs €5 more on the switch e-shop when compared to steam (20 vs 15). Go figure.

In short: stay away (at least on switch). Maybe pick this up after a performance patch is (hopefully) released.
