It's super long and genuinely feels like real exercise. It's surprising how many exercises they could fit in with just the ring and leg strap, but even so with how long the game is it still ends up feeling really repetitive. They tried to go with unique themes for each world but it never really ended up changing the things you do that much. The exercise tracking works surprisingly well, it's mostly the gym minigames that feel janky like hitting the discs back at the robots with the fan just didn't work at all for me. Visually the game is nice but the environments were rarely anything interesting. Also the english ring voices are really annoying so I'm glad they added the ability to switch languages. I think the game could've benefited from adding more unique abilities with stuff like status ailments or combos between moves so there could be more depth than just simon says colors. The story ain't bad, all things considered. It has some silly characters and fun dialogue centered around different fitness motivations and topics. Also the shopkeeper is cute. I have my issues with the game but it certainly motivated me to exercise semi-regularly and it did feel good to beat enemies with exercise moves and level up. I'll probably keep playing the custom workout mode to keep up a more balanced routine.
