Yes, that's the flaw about Persona 3 Portable, I can't blame them too much because they fit P3 content into a portable game handheld. Is it really that bad? No, actually.
When they sacrifice something, they tweak the gameplay. Everything I said in Persona 3 FES review, they already fixed here. So many QoL updates in this version that I can't tell every single one in here.
Of course, you can't fully experience "SMT Persona 3" moment, but at least it covers you "what is happening in Persona 3".
