I forgot about the shambler that spawns right behind you in the tight corridor when you pick up the gold key in Door to Cthon. What a dick move.

Dismal Oubliette is insufferable as always.

Friendly Fire and Shambler Dance were attained. Too bad the gog release doesn't save achievement progress. Anyway I can now say with confidence I do actually prefer the sequel from a mechanical standpoint.
