4 Games that defined me meme

A list I made on Twitter in March of 4 self-defining games, going along with a twitter meme at the time

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

I started taking this game seriously and met one of my best internet friends via this game. We would basically schedule our life around this game and do like 5-hour competitive sessions regularly around the time Operation Bravo came out. I even wound up leaving states to move in with the guy! Unfortunately, though my love has remained for this game, it feels like I'm just an annoyance to get some of the old regulars to do a match with me nowadays. Playing it now just makes me long for the good old days
Rock Band 2

This game was something me and my siblings/friends could always play together. Even as our family became farther apart due to divorce/schedules/people moving out of the house, we always had time to bang out a couple of songs in Rock Band. Plus, the library pretty much put me onto the concept of discovering music, and that soundtrack is basically nothing but gems
Red Dead Redemption 2

This game is an emotional rollercoaster and life at the time I played it was an emotional rollercoaster. I'm legitimately scared to replay this game because I'm worried I might breakdown when all I want to do is have fun. Thanks for the ride, Van der Linde Gang.
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

I got this game for the Wii on Christmas one year, but we didn't have a Wii yet, and around that time, they were super hard to come by. So instead, my parents got me a $250 gift card to Circuit City, and we had to check in every weekend to see if they had one in stock. I wound up waiting over 5 months until around May/June, in which we got the console, and I was finally able to play this game. Fortunately I really liked it, but it wasn't too long after that I learned the game also came out on Gamecube, which I had the entire time!
