This was my second finished Zelda, and following my excellent experience with A link to the past, this one was also an excellent game. First to say that the graphic style and the art are phenomenal. Beautiful with a tropical feeling, cute and dark at the same time. The exploring feeling seems to be a strong point in the series, but I still think that a Link to the Past has a better map and level design overall, but Link's Awakening is really good also. But the point in this game that stood out for me was the plot, I really enjoyed the story and the big reveal at the ending, and this is a point that this game wins over a Link to the Past. Other REALLY GOOD point in this one is the characters, oh my god I love them, and now I miss them. So sad about Marin never seeing the world outside the island like she said she would like :(. The soundtrack is, as usual, stunning, and this time it has a role in the story also, which is very cool.

Now, some things that I disliked: Firstly, all the Mario references were making me really mad, I tought it made the game less serious, but, when you discover the dream part at the end, it all makes sense, so it doesn't bother me anymore. I also think the game is too childish, but I can understand that a kid would be absolutely amazed by this game, but i personally would prefer a more mature game. And lastly, the game's difficulty is too low in my opinion (except the last 2 dungeons and the final boss), bosses could be a bit harder and dungeons a bit more challenging thorough the game.

Conclusion: I fucking loved this game, it made my heart harm.
