but fr tho dmc 5 is my favorite action game of all time (Or dmc 3 they are either very close or tied). dmc 5 combines the best of dmc 4 and 3 and takes it up a notch by refining and polishing everything
nero's combat was already some of my favorite in 4 and they made it even better by polishing it, adding new combos and the new devil breaker system
dante's variety of weapons are so much fun to use because of just how different they are
A bike thats slow and hard hitting
nunchuks that are quick and change between three elements
balrog which can change between fast hands or slow ( not really) but hard hitting kicks
and rebellion (or sparda and devil sword dante) all these weapons are a lot more enjoyable with the swords master style allowing for more moves making it fun to experiment with them
all 4 of these weapons plus dante's change of styles anytime makes the combat system complex and rich with a variety of combos to use and makes it very satisfying thinking up combos. Dmc makes u think of your next input u are going to use, rather than mindlessly mashing buttons, all these different inputs have different combos making combat layered, satisfying and incredibly fun.
