It's a solid ROMhack and having one stage be a Kirby stage filled me with joy, but it's got a lot of unfair elements like Flash Man's Stage's lasers or the death pit leaps of faith in Quick Man's or potentially getting stuck in a Wily stage because of running out of an Item fuel. In addition the Boobeam trap requires abusing damage invuln.

So why is this three stars?
Because come on the Wily 4 theme is Moskau how can you not
