New Release Review:
Alan Wake II is a terrifying mind-bending experience that had me scared the entire time. It had perfectly timed jump scares and disturbing settings that I never felt safe even while in the light. The story of Saga Anderson and Alan Wake was amazing, as it was full of memorable set pieces that by the end I could not believe what I had played. Every voice actor's performance was phenomenal, and this is thanks to the amazing writing and fully detailed face models. The game was absolutely beautiful, even in the harder to see areas. Alan Wake II is the BEST survival-horror game that I have ever played and I have to congratulate everyone who worked on this amazing game. The team at Remedy did a great job and I cannot wait for what they will do next. In the end, I give Alan Wake II a 9/10! Please check this game out if you can!

surely someday i'll make a video about how this game has massive potentials. fuck the greedy ass corporate publishers

Dropeado. La ambientación está genial y se puede ver clarísimamente como Insomniac se inspiró fuerte en estos juegos para los Spider-Man, pero algunas cosillas jugables han envejecido regu desde 2009 y se me estaba haciendo bolilla, por eso lo dejo.

Good introduction to Puyo for people who haven't learned how to really play Puyo. New characters are also very charming.

Gameplay Rating: 9/10
Tetris and Puyo Puyo both have INCREDIBLY long-lasting legacies, and that's for a good reason. Their gameplay basics are rock solid, there's no doubt about it; it's why Tetris manages to find itself on every platform imaginable.
That being said, some of the more "experimental" gamemodes they try are a little wonky and don't really work all too well. I appreciate the attempt, but it's hard to say they're any fun to play.
In addition, the balancing between Tetris and Puyo is a little in favor of the Puyo Player. This doesn't tend to be a very big issue as you can usually make it up by skill, but it is something to take a note of.

Story Rating: 8/10
I mean, it's Puyo Puyo. Writing is charming, characters are fun. Of course, the story is a little bare-bones, but are you really expecting Square Enix-tier writing coming from a silly little puzzle game? Figured not.

Colorblindness Rating: C
Something to note is that it can be a little hard to tell apart the blue and purple puyo blocks. This can be solved by switching the texture of the puyos, of course, but most of the skins are locked behind having to put in a cheat code in the title screen, which makes me wonder what the point of the cheat is for anyways; it's not like they're selling Nintendo Power anymore.

Overall, good game.
