After all this time, I can finally safely say that metroid dread is real and it is incredible!
Fantastic art and animation, fluid controls, a very cool story with some VERY tense moments, metroids best bosses EVER, an incredible soundtrack, and an excellent cap on this 5 part saga.
Metroid is finally back and I'd argue better than it has ever been in 2D. And he'll, even there i dont know whether Prime 1 or Dread is better. But all I can say is that this is an incredible game and has taken the spot of my 3rd favorite Metroidvania behind Ori and Hollow Knight!
