For all my problems with some of the main story beats, this game has maybe the best ensemble cast in RGG Studio's oeuvre. Amazing antagonists, there are so many characters that make you smile when they reenter the story. As a crime drama, I like the first better, but as a collection of characters this game is the clear winner.
