World improved on many aspects over its predecessor, USA, such as graphics, more courses, vehicles, and gameplay. With that being said, USA was more impactful on a personal level being the first Cruisn' game and so I have a bigger soft spot for USA despite being less impressive on many fronts.

Tricks/special moves are more prominent in this game which are triggered by a combination of directions and use of your boost/nitro. The vehicle selection is larger and more varied than USA, with a ton of wacky vehicles and thus keeping the tradition of the arcade gameplay and overall silliness alive.
