Although repetitive in nature and short in content, I had more fun than I should with Beach Spikers on the GameCube. You build a team that starts with poor stats and team skills but as you improve, you increase your confidence and team-building stats.

Graphics are straight out of Sega's AM2 studio's vision with bright blue skies and colorful environments. Character models looked good and were animated decently for the time.

If you can withstand the BS AI antics (gets really tricky as you progress in the game, specially the final team battle), Beach Spikers is actually a fun arcade volleyball game worth checking out.
