@sakuyraizayoi20 I don't think anyone who knows anything about P3 would call this the definitive version or even consider it a "replacement" of the original, or even Portable lol. Had they added "The Answer" and the female MC to make this the definitive experience, then it'd be debatable to call this a replacement. Since it's missing crucial aspects like that, it's a bit underwhelming. Regardless of that, it's fine, like if people enjoy it or get into Persona through this game, that's chill. I wouldn't get this game day one or anything, but I'd definitely want to experience it at some point.

see yeah i agree with @chandler and his sentiments that this is definitely an overt step down from the more interesting aspects of persona 3 and takes it in the direction of homogenization with the rest of nu-persona, but most interject as i am personally a bigger fan of 'music' by madonna. while maybe not all of its genre experiments play out perfectly, im a big fan of the more harsh, abrasive feel a lot of it has compared to a lot of her more straightforward pop pieces. the country-glitch pop dance of the album's second single 'don't tell me' is to me the greatest accomplishment of her career. recommended to listeners with more of an open mind and stomach for odd scattershot experiments, but def a record worthy of its cult status. also im drinking a soy latte

Remakes are indeed a soulless endeavor but holy shit have you checked out how each Ninja Gaiden Black difficulty remixes the placement of enemies and their types to freshen things up and force you to think of strategies to overcome those challenges
