Was pumped to play this because Monster Hunter World was one of my favourite games of all time and especially after wainting 1 year for the PC release, but it didnt click for me. I loved MHW for its rich and dense environtments + the stunning graphic. The world felt alive what made exploration so joyful for me. That wasnt the case (for me) in MHR because you could see and feel that this was just a Nintendo Switch port, waaay to much. Combat wasnt as satisfying as in MHW and the early game was mostly boring. I also would say that the mission structure was pretty terrible to a point that everyhing started to be a nuisance. I really wanted to like this game. I even bought the sunbreak expansion because i didnt want to believe that this game is so terrible (for me) especially because like everyone else loved the game and that the add on was mindblowing to a point that its better tha n MHW.
Waste of time and money.
Maybe i will try it again after some years with a fresh mind but i think i will just hope that they announce Monster World 2 in the future.
Just sad.
