Horizon Zero Dawn, what a game…. Horizon is one of rare games that I don’t want to end. While I was playing the game, even though I did all the side missions, mini missions, competitions without skipping to the end, I couldn’t understand what was going on. For I wanted the games to last longer, I did the main quests when there was nothing left to do. With no quests, I even went hunting in the countryside to avoid going through the main quests.
If you don’t understand when you’ve come to the end of the game, if you try to exploit all the content to enjoy the game, that game is legendary for you (It is highly possible to say that for most people). This game is legendary, it’s screaming that I’m a “Triple A” game. I like a Triple A game when it likes a real Triple a game. By saying I am Triple A, I’ve seen a lot of games that lag far behind even independent productions.
Actually, I don’t think it’s necessary to say much after my first thought about the game. Whether you like the genre or not, play the game, it is higly possible you to enjoy it. Of course, there are some negative things about the game. But don’t worry about these things, it doesn’t really reduce the enjoyment you get from the game by 5%. So what are the downsides of the game?
1- Artificial intelligence is very artificial :)) (You raid the bandit’s camp and kill the bandits secretly, but the other bandit who sees the corpse has a mediocre reaction…. come on; get scared, get up, go call support, do something).
2- Some artifacts in character movements.
3- Face reactions are very artificial.
4- The game day and night. It gives you the feeling of living in a lively environment. But there is no difference in gameplay etc.
5- Equipment system
Finally, Because of playing Triple A game, I expected the graphics to be pretty good. I think the game has a very nice graphics and atmosphere. I really liked the voice acting, gameplay and story. As an open world game, you really feel like you are in a living world. Night and day and rain transitions, fights and ruins in environments where you are not, etc. I already said the best thing that can be said about the game at the beginning. As the last sentence, I want to say the same thing again. I played 30 hours to consume the contents of the game, but at the end of the game, I was surprised that it was over. I don’t think any other words are needed…
