I was wishing that this would finally be the ultimate Dragon Ball Z fighting game but it seems like that game only exists in my dreams. Once again the 32bit Butoden that has everything to succeed but fails because of clunky gameplay and a fatal flaw for any Butoden: The stages are very small and therefore it is almost impossible to perform a special attack. Shit man, the presentation is incredible, the number of characters is impressive for the time, the soundtrack is awesome... once again, what a waste. At least it's light years away from Ultimate Battle 22, though that's not saying much.
