Jumanji: The Video Game is a 4 person co-op with basically 3 forms of play. Walking down a basically linear hallway collecting 4 Jumanji pieces with bad guys attacking you, walking down a linear hallway full of traps and still collecting the Jumanji pieces, and inbetween those sections are Protect The Point sections where you protect a thing until the bar fills up and hordes attack you. I played 1 level and I probably protected the point 4 times, with doing the other 2 things 2 times each. Not very thought provoking game and very very brainless.

The most interesting thing this game adds to this formula is that the team shares 1 crystal that powers you up, but if you hold on to it for too long it hurts you. I felt like I never had to worry about the consequences when I forgot to swap it, so its kind of whatever in this game; but I do think its a novel idea to have 1 thing a co-op team needs to swap around frequently.
