The charm and character is awesome but overall the game is slowed way down by slippery physics and tons of cutscenes (which also killed any desire I had to speedrun it). Finished all the bonus stages and I had a good time but I'm sad to say that rom hacks and other 2D platformers have surpassed even the best official Mario games. Bummer.
