Briefly tested 60 fps mode on it. Also got the final Amy event, meaning I've watched all character events in the game.

Beat the game. Got Speed and Ring count to Lv. 99 and got all the fish on Ouranos, while also getting all the side-stories there too

Got all the fishes on Chaos Island, did all the side-stories on the island, and progressed the game onto the first puzzle on the Ouranos Island being completed. Speed is now Lvl. 58

Grinded fishing out to get my Speed to Lv. 57, and also getting 81% of the Catch Completion for Eastern Fishing Spot. Progressed story and got the entire map. Stopped again at fishing spot

Got Offense and Defense to max through fishing. Did all the Ares side-stories. Got to Chaos Island, mostly focusing on getting a few puzzles. Stopped right when I found the Fishing Spot. Did not do any of Cyberspace.
I also finished the unlockable Skill Tree, with one story-related skill remaining.
Speed is Lv. 43

Unlocked the map, did a shit ton of fishing. Got S-Ranks on all Ares levels. Still haven't talked to Knuckles, will do more fishing. Speed at Lv. 40, Offense at Lv. 65, and Defense at Lv. 66

Didn't make as much progress as the time suggests. No Cyberspace. Fought the shark dude. Still ignored Knuckles. Mostly explored getting many of the memory tokens and map unlock stations, while going out of my way to get the other unmarked ones, like the ones in the east near Big. Speaking of, I found Big! I had to do some physics trickery to really get there though.

Grinded fishing out getting all the fish in Kronos and getting all the Egg Memos. They were awesome. The rest of the coins I used for strength and defense seeds. I got the bottom left upgrade, meaning only the bottom two are left. I got to Ares Island and did 2-1 and 2-2 while also doing some cyloop challenges and unlocking parts of the map. I have not yet talked to Knuckles.

Speed is 22, Strength is 29, Defense is 30

Unlocked Kronos map, fought Squid, got 5 Chaos Emeralds, S rank all all Kronos Cyberspace levels, Speed Level 22, Power 22, Defense 23. Did almost all the challenges, now progressing the story. Did Big's fishing minigame, getting about 50% of the fish in Kronos.
Also got the SA2 Shoes

Started the game, got S ranks on 1-1 to 1-3, got 8 skills on the skill tree, got my speed up to Level 4, Strength to Level 15, Defense to Level 13. Ring count is still Level 1. 2 chaos emeralds acquired on Kronos
