This game is probably good if you're deep I to these city builder games but it is not for a beginner. I usually play these games as a little casual game to play while I'm hanging out, but this game is deep and complicated and probably best for experienced players. I wanna build and manage a little city, not be a full on city planner. This game is more like City Planner Simulator and if that sounds good to you I definitely recommend it, but if this isn't a genre you play regularly and are deep into, I wouldn't start here.
