So this was Resident Evil's return to form. Honestly, I think they did a great job with this one. I loved the concept of the mold, and this virus was somewhat more grounded compared to the shit we saw in RE5, and 6 (For the most part). This game also had some of my favorite boss fights in the series as well. Personally I didn't get that scared as I anticipated in this game, there were some great ones for sure though. I wasn't a big fan of the typical big blob monstrosity boss fights that's in this game, I felt they were unnecessary for the most part. I did notice the premise of this plot was reminiscent to Silent Hill 2, it's not a bad thing just an observation.

But anyways, I still think this is a great RE game honestly might be in my top 3 because I really had fun with it. I highly recommend it to any survival horror fan, that hasn't played this yet.
