I see absolutely no interest in this game. I don't know if it's bad, but I know it's not good. It's closer to an action adventure game than an RPG : I mean, Fable (which isn't the most RPG of RPGs) is a much more an RPG than this. It claims seriousness, while in reality it is much more an immature teen game, showing boobs and being hella conceited. I hope you like to use a sword instead of, I don't know, something like masses, axes, bows (you have a useless crossbow though) and other medieval weapons. Magic spells are a joke to game design and skill tree upgrades. 5 spells, one of which is a shield (which is of course the more unactive spell of the 5) way more useful than the other spells, and here we go.

Cherry on the top : it does not run correctly on a ps4 when there are more than 3 ennemies on screen. I think it's scandalous.

You better play skyrim (which runs well on a 360 btw)

Geralt playstyle is faithful to the source material thats why the spells for example are how they are, imagine you are playing a predefined class called Witcher and that is its abilities.
Also the game has serious themes across many of its questlines, the fact that you only saw boobs and sex speaks more about you that it does about the game, lol.

I understand your point. You're right.
The game's certainly a good adaptation of the original books, I don't doubt it. But I played TW3 as what it is : a game, especially a game praised by pretty much everyone.
I understand what you say when it comes to serious themes. I see a lot of people online and a lot of friends of mine pointing out this element as a plus for the game. Personaly, I found it pleasant. Not awesome. Pleasant. And most of the time too long too take off. Anyway, my opinion let aside, let's say as everyone says and act that most quests are well written, I still have a serious problem with it : This very specific quality do not make an entire game in my eyes (and as my review said, I found the rest of the game 'Meh +').

About boobs and sex, I must say I don't have any problems with that. Furthermore, I must say I like when games try to speak about erotism and sexuality. Unfortunatelly for TW3, I had the feeling it was much more about fan service and showing boobs for showing boobs than making sex a thing (not a quest reward, a thing/a theme). I hated this in Wolfenstein : the new order, I also hated it in TW3. I have a fundamental dislike of this tone situated between seriousness and immaturity. It really feels 'teen' It doesn't rely on anything, it doesn't use any narrative trope to say or accomplish anything (it isn't funny, it isn't sad, it isn't horrific...), and I eventually find I simply was showed boobs. For instance, I much more prefer the treatment of sex Catherine had. But you're wright, it is the main theme of Catherine, so it is kind of unfair to compare these two games.
