So this game I do remember being in the arcades, although I didn't play them that much, like I honestly didn't know there were boss changes, because I'm sure the little I played it, I didn't get very far. It's a really good game with fluid animation that I didn't know was missing from the SNES version and I love that the intro is "Pizza Power" from the TMNT Coming Out of Their Shells concert/album.

The thing that bugs me about the game seems kinda minor, but it hit me like halfway in, the control you have over you attacks, rushes, and throws is very random at times and doesn't have the same flow and mechanics as the SNES. This isn't a big issue, but it does make the game feel closer to a bit of a mindless Brawler game instead of having skillful tactics and combos.

While the graphics and voice soundbites are better in the arcade game, the SNES outshines it in control and the music seems a bit more power, otherwise it's a great game, both should be played.
