Dead by Daylight suffers immediately from a lack of variety. In its pursuit to constantly update its killer and survivor roster, it has trapped players in the same game mode for 7 years. Other games in the asymm genre, even the unsuccessful ones (which most are), have added game modes within a year of release. DBD also frequently features heavy bugs and other issues. Despite this, I can't say I haven't enjoyed playing it, and the sheer number of iconic horror characters that you can play in this game is mesmerizing. Needs more content.
