Minecraft Bedrock Updates Ranked

All major updates from 2018/1.13 onwards ranked. Before that I was on legacy console, and since the updates were a hell of a lot different to Java and I can't really rank pre-1.13.

Minecraft: Nether Update
Minecraft: Nether Update
Absolute peak of the game, the best update they had ever revealed, and they added tons extra content that wasn't mentioned in Minecraft Live. Probably played this version the most.

Minecraft: Update Aquatic
Minecraft: Update Aquatic
The first of Minecraft's truly themed updates. Turned oceans from boring af into actual content

2

Minecraft: Caves & Cliffs - Part I
Minecraft: Caves & Cliffs - Part I
New blocks and items were cool, shame we had to wait on generations

3

Minecraft: Village & Pillage
Minecraft: Village & Pillage
New additions weren't phenomenal, but it continued the stride of the game quite well. Slight bias since this was when I started getting back into the game

4

Minecraft: Caves & Cliffs - Part II
Minecraft: Caves & Cliffs - Part II
Absolutely beautiful changes, but basically killed off flat terrain and felt lacklustre because the update was split in two.

5

Minecraft: Tricky Trials
Minecraft: Tricky Trials
Not a hell of a lot of new stuff, but what is here is pretty revolutionary.

6

Minecraft: Trails & Tales
Minecraft: Trails & Tales
Literally only gets points for the new wood types. Sniffer and Archeology are too complex for how unimportant they are.

7

Minecraft: Buzzy Bees
Minecraft: Buzzy Bees
Not bad, but basically an intermission with only a couple tiny additions.
