I don't think I got very far in this, but at least it's a lot more substantial than the Pokemon Stadium games. Unlike those, this game has basically a full RPG adventure where you attain and train Pokemon. The gimmick of being able to steal other trainers pokemon is neat, and gives this game something unique. Still, I bounced off hard. The region, while new, was drab and the pacing not great. Being a full RPG adventure isn't enough to be a good Pokemon game, it also needs to be a good game.
