This is a very important adventure game whose massive influence naturally followed how well it worked. It's narrative is super strong, and the shift to focus on character conflicts rather than adventure game item puzzles was very innovative. You get attached to the nuanced set of characters, and life and death decisions feel impactful and hard. That said, the action scenes are less than great, but the overall experience is so strong I give those a pass. It's a super engaging ride.
