I was surprised how much I enjoyed this, my first Halo. I found the single player fun and worth replaying on higher difficulties. The combat puzzle, as it were, was fun to solve for me, especially with the nice variety of neat weapons and distinctive enemies. I also got into the multiplayer at the time and I found that I was able to do reasonably well despite inexperience with the series. Sprinting around, using armor abilities and shooting dudes was good fun. Full marks.
