At heart this game has a lot of the same appeal as Uncharted 2 does with a lot of polish and big set piece moments, but I felt like the highs were less high and the lows more low. It wore on me a lot more than Uncharted 2, whose massive charm was able to push me past the rough combat, quick time fuckery and other such things. It's not bad, the writing is still great, but I couldn't be bothered to go through so many dull gunfights to get to it. Bounced off hard!
