An abstract management sim that's far too hard for my tastes. Part of the problem is that it's not just hard, it's also that you have very limited control over the guys running around building stuff out, and sometimes their priorities seem way out of whack. It makes it very hard to go the distance given how unforgiving it is, and sure enough the one time I played this I lost like a half hour in and was extremely discouraged. For a game where a lot is out of your hands it is very punishing.
